The cabinet meeting on Monday 4, April has come to the following decision:

Draft decree on demarcation of lands to be surrendered in the areas of Tambon Dong Mun Lek ,Tambon Ban Khok and Tambon Huai Yai, Muang, Phetchabun Province. B.E....

The Cabinet approved in principle draft decree on demarcation of lands to be surrendered in the areas of Tambon Dong Mun Lek ,Tambon Ban Khok and Tambon Huai Yai, Muang, Phetchabun Province. B.E... as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MAC.)

The essence of the draft decree is about demarcating in lands to be surrendered in the areas of Tambon Dong Mun Lek ,Tambon Ban Khok and Tambon Huai Yai, Muang, Phetchabun Province within the limit range per the attachment of the decree.

Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti — Corruption Academy as an International Organization

The Cabinet approved on the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti — Corruption Academy as an International Organization and sanctioned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) to prepare the ภาคยานุวัติสาร in order to attend the lateral agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti — Corruption Academy as an International Organization as proposed by Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC)

Assistance for farmers affected by floods in southern provinces

The Cabinet agreed on the proposal by Mr. Sathit Wongnongtoey, Minister to the Office of the Prime Minister and chairman of the committee on flood relief, and approved Ministry of Agriculture’s remaining budget, by the cabinet resolutions of 2 November 2011 and 24 January 2011, amounting to 1,605.48 million baht to help affected farmers, and 1,632.40 million baht from the central budget reserved for emergency expenses.

The consideration to assist the southern flood victims of the committee on monitoring and assisting flood victims

The Cabinet approved the principle for relief payment to flood and landslide victims in the south at 5,000 baht per household in ten provinces, based on the guidelines provided by the committee. The budget will be allocated to no more than 579,062 households, and no more than 2,895,310,000 baht, which is an amount from preliminary evaluation and will be checked for accuracy before payment. This budget is approved to assist this particular disaster case only and will be distributed through Government Savings Bank within three months, before 22 June 2011. Cabinet assigned the Ministry of Interior to coordinate assistance for local administrative organizations in providing assistance to flood and landslide victims.
