The cabinet met on March 16, 2021 at the Government House. Some of the resolutions are as follows:
The cabinet approved in principle the draft Natural Resources and Environment Ministerial Announcement on measures for protection of marine and coastal resources in Trang?s Palian, Had Samran, Yan Takhao, Kantang, and Sikao districts, B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The draft Natural Resources and Environment Ministerial Announcement on measures for protection of marine and coastal resources in Trang?s Palian, Had Samran, Yan Takhao, Kantang, and Sikao districts, B.E. ?, prescribes areas in the aforementioned districts of Trang province in which measures for protection of marine and coastal resources are to be implemented, and prohibits all kinds of activities that may cause pollution and deterioration of beaches and sea water quality.
The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Regulation prescribing Industrial Standard for Food Safety Requirements of pineapple in hermetically sealed containers, B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Industry.
The draft Ministerial Regulation prescribes Industrial Standard for pineapple in hermetically sealed containers for consumer safety.
The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Announcement (Ministry of Commerce) prescribing Intaglio Printing Machinery as products that require importation authorization, B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Commerce.
The draft Ministerial Announcement (Ministry of Commerce) prescribes intaglio printing machinery and complete parts (Feeder Unit, Printing Unit, Wiping Unit, Inking Unit, Delivery Unit, Control Unit, and other support units) under customs code 8443.19.00 ? 001/C62 and 8443.19.00 ? 999/KGM, as products that require importation authorization. The draft Ministerial Announcement shall take effect upon being announced in the Royal Gazette.
