The cabinet approved the proposal made by Ministry of Energy as follows:
1. Approved for Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to set up EGAT Innovation Holding Co., Ltd.
2. EGAT?s investment according to the percentage of shareholding (40%) during the course of 5 years (2021-2025) amounts to 1.184 billion Baht. Detail is as follows:

3. EGAT may sign the joint venture agreement upon the approval of Office of Council of State.
EGAT Innovation Holding Co., Ltd. (aka. Innopower Company Limited, the name to be used after the cabinet?s approval) is established with an aim to promote R&D Spin-Off through the company?s 4 units: 1) Collaborator; 2)Incubator; 3) Accelerator; and 4) Corporate Venture Capital (CVC).
The cabinet approved the draft Joint Ministerial Statement of the 11th Mekong-Ganga Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting. Should there be an amendment in parts that are not gist nor against national interest, Ministry of Foreign Affairs may proceed without having to resubmit to the cabinet. This is as proposed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The draft Joint Ministerial Statement of the 11th Mekong-Ganga Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting demonstrates the joint intent of member countries on the following issues:
1. Welcome and review the progress of cooperation on occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Mekong-GangkaCooperation framework.
2. Commend the role of the Republic of India asdevelopment partner of the sub-region
3. Emphasize the importance of connectivity through sustainable and resilient infrastructure projects for the benefit of the people of the sub-region, especially India?Myanmar?Thailand Trilateral Highwayproject, and Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project (India-Myanmar).
4. Promote cooperation in response to the COVID-19 situation, and post-COVID-19 economic rehabilitation
The cabinet approved Addendum No. 1prescribing 24-month extension of Financial Agreement of the Integrated Programme in Enchancing the Capacity of AHA Centre and ASEAN Emergency Response Mechanisms (EU-SAHA), and for the ASEAN Secretary General or a representative to sign the document on behalf of ASEAN. This is part of the implementation under the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) over which Thailand has had obligation since 2015. Should there be an amendment in parts that are not gist nor against ASEAN?s interest, Ministry of Interior may proceed without having to resubmit to the cabinet. This is as proposed by Ministry of Interior.

1. Approved the draft Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Thailand and the Government Brazil on Subsidies of Thai sugar (DS 507)
2. Should tehre be an amendment in parts that are not gist nor against national interest, Ministry of Commerce may proceed without having to resubmit to the cabinet.
3. Approved for the Ambassdor and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the World Trade Organization and the World Intellectual Property Organization as signatory of the MOU.
4. Assigned Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue the Full Powers to the Ambassdor and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the World Trade Organization and the World Intellectual Property Organization This is as proposed by Ministry of Commerce.
