The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for Light Duty Compress Ignition Engined Vehicles, B.E. ?, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for light duty compress ignition engined vehicles under TIS 3018-2563, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 5691 (B.E. 2563), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for light duty compress ignition engined vehicles: safety requirements.
The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for heavy motor vehicle equipped with positive ignition engines fuelled with natural gas or liquified petroleum gas, B.E. ?, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for heavy motor vehicle equipped with positive ignition engines fuelled with natural gas or liquified petroleum gas under TIS 3043-2563, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 5779 (B.E. 2563), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for heavy motor vehicle equipped with positive ignition engines fuelled with natural gas or liquified petroleum gas: safety requirements; emission from engine level 3.
The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for Heavy Motor Vehicle Equipped with Compression Ignition Engines, B.E. ?, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for heavy motor vehicle equipped with compression ignition engines under TIS 3046-2563, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 5782 (B.E. 2563), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for heavy motor vehicle equipped with compression ignition engines: safety requirements: emission from engine level 6.
The draft Ministerial Regulations shall take effect from January 1, 2024 onward.
The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Regulation prescribing state agency eligible for the request of administration actions from judicial officers (No. ?), B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Finance.
The draft Ministerial Regulation prescribes Financial Institutions Development Fund (FIDF), as state agencies eligible for the request of administration actions from judicial officers.
The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Regulations on Thai Industrial Standard for switches for household and similar fixed electical installations : general requirements, B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Industry.
The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for switches for household and similar fixed electical installations : general requirements, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for switches for household and similar fixed electical installations : general requirements under TIS 824 (1)-2562, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 6385 (B.E. 2564), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for light duty compress ignition engined vehicles: safety requirements.
The draft Ministerial Regulation shall take effect 180 days after being published in the Royal Gazette.
The cabinet acknowledged the implementation of Benjakitti Forest Park expansion project (phases 2 and 3), and the Treasury Department?s budget refund for the total amount of 3,250,281.53 Baht to Ministry of Finance as state revenue.
The cabinet has made an earlier resolution on May 27, 1997 to approve Ministry of Finance to utilize state revenue collected by the Tobacco Authority of Thailand for the construction of ?Benjakitti? Park in 2 phases: 1st, construction of water park, and 2nd, construction of forest park, with the condition that balances of the construction budget be returned to Ministry of Finance, as state revenue. Later, the cabinet, in its meeting on March 8, 2016 approved in principle the construction of 3 phases of ?Benjakitti? Forest Park for the total budget of 950 million Baht which completed at the end of 2021. His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen presided over the opening ceremony of Benjakitti Forest Park phases 2 and 3 on August 3, 2022 to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, and to mark Her Majesty?s 90th birthday anniversary which fell on August 12, 2022.
At present, Benjakitti Forest Park has been handed over to Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to be used as Bangkok?s green and recreational space and an ecotourism destination.
The cabinet approved Ministry of Commerce?s proposal on prescription of 46 goods and 5 services as controlled goods or services for 2023 (B.E. 2566), following an expiration of the notification of the Central Committee on the Prices of Goods and Services Prescribing Goods or Services as Controlled Goods or Services, No. 13, B.E. 2565, on June 30, 2023.
