Approved the proposed draft additional budget bill for fiscal year 2024 B.E. ? for the Budget Bureau to proceed with publication, together with relevant documents, and submit to the cabinet again for approve on July 9, 2024 before proposing to the House of Representatives.
The cabinet acknowledged the report on significant cyber security operations during October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023, as proposed by National Cyber ??Security Committee.
National Cyber ??Security Agency through the National Computer Emergency Response Team has carried out monitoring and analysis on cyber threats during the period of October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023, and summed up 1,808 cyber threat incidents as follows:

Approved component of the organizing committee for the Nakhon Ratchasima International Horticultural Expo 2029
Approved for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Office of the Attorney General, and relevant agencies to scrutinize contract document for the best interest of the country
The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) gave its approval for a Category A1 application for an International Horticultural Exhibition in the Nakhon Ratchasima province (Korat Expo 2029) from 10 November 2029 to 28 February 2030. The approval by Members took place on March 6, 2024 during the AIPH Spring Meeting in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with AIPH Application Regulations
The cabinet approved and acknowledged the following proposals of Office of National Economic and Social Development Council:
Acknowledged outcome of the integrated meeting on economic and social development of Lower Northeastern Provincial Cluster 1 (Nakhon Ratchasima, Chaiyaphum, Buriram, and Surin), dated June 21 and July 1, 2024
Approved in principle 16 projects of the provincial clusters and provinces under the budget framework of 259,004,600 Baht, which will be allocated from FY2024 central fund for contingency and emergency
Approved in principle 8 projects of the private sector under the budget framework of 247,153,400 Baht which will also be allocated from FY2024 central fund for contingency and emergency by relevant agencies
Assigned Office of National Economic and Social Development Council to liaise with relevant agencies to deliberate other 84 projects proposed by the private sector
Assigned concerned agencies to proceed according to the cabinet resolutions and relevant laws and regulations
Assigned relevant agencies under 2 ? 5 to report implementation progress to Office of National Economic and Social Development Council
The cabinet approved the draft Memorandum of Cooperation between Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Kingdom of Thailand and Ministry of the Environment of Japan on environmental cooperation. Should there be an amendment in parts that are not gist nor against national interest, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment may proceed without having to resubmit to the cabinet. Minister of Natural Resources and Environment or a representative is authorized as signatory of the MOU. This is as proposed by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The draft MOC is a renewal to the former MOC which is expired on May 17, 2023. Essence of the renewed MOC is mostly similar to the expired version, except the following changes: (1) increasing the number of areas of cooperation; (2) changing Japan's liaison agency; and (3) allowing the new draft MOC to be automatically extended every 5 years.
The draft Memorandum of Cooperation between Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Kingdom of Thailand and Ministry of the Environment of Japan on environmental cooperation will be signed at the 4th high level meeting with the Government of Japan on July 9, 2024
