The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for Hot-Dip 55% Aluminium/Zinc-Coated Flat Steel, B.E. ?, as proposed by Ministry of Industry. The Ministry shall take comments of Office of National Economic and Social Development Council into consideration.
The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for Hot-Dip 55% Aluminium/Zinc-Coated Flat Steel, B.E. ?, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for hot-dip 55% aluminium/zinc-coated flat steel under TIS 2228 ? 2565, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 6869 (B.E. 2565), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Withdrawal and Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for Hot-Dip 55% Aluminium/Zinc-Coated Flat Steel.
The draft Ministerial Regulation shall take effect 270 days after being announced in the Royal Gazette.

The draft Ministerial Regulation on Thai Industrial Standard for Hot-Dip 55% Aluminium/Zinc-Coated Flat Steel, B.E. ?, prescribes Thai Industrial Standard for hot-dip zinc-coated cold-reduced flat steel under TIS 50 - 2565, to be in accordance with the Ministerial Announcement No. 6867 (B.E. 2565), issued under the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511, on Withdrawal and Prescription of Thai Industrial Standard for hot-dip zinc-coated cold-reduced flat steel.

The cabinet approved in principle the draft Ministerial Regulation (No. ?) B.E. ? issued under the Revenue Code Regarding Exemption from Revenue Taxes (Revision of tax measure to promote investment for sustainability), as proposed by Ministry of Finance.
In a bid to add more to the TESG Fund which will support businesses?s environmental, social, and governance responsibility, and promote people?s long-term investment and saving, Ministry of Finance proposed the draft Ministerial Regulation (No. ?) B.E. ? issued under the Revenue Code Regarding Exemption from Revenue Taxes (Revision of tax measure to promote investment for sustainability). Under the Ministerial Regulation, personal income tax deduction limit per year for purchasing investment units under the TESG Fund is increased from 100,000 Baht to 300,000 Baht, but not exceeding 30% of investor?s assessable income. Holding period of investment units is also shortened from ?no less than 8 years? to ?no less than 5 years?. The effective period is January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
The cabinet approved recognition of 56 Catholic churches according to the Regulation of Prime Minister?s Office on Establishment of Catholic churches, B.E. 2564, as proposed by Ministry of Culture.

Recognition of Catholic churches will entitle these churches to the Government?s subsidy for religious projects and activities, and certain tax privileges.
