The cabinet meeting on Tuesday 3, March 2009 has come to the following decision:
Approval of the request on hosting the conference on “IAEA/RCA Final Progress Review Meeting” art Bangkok during 9-17 March 2009 as proposed by the Ministry of Science and Technology as follows:
1. Approved the Ministry of Science and Technology to host the conference on “IAEA/RCA Final Progress Review Meeting of the RCA Project on Raising Productivity in the Coal, Minerals and Petrochemical Industries by Using Nucleonic Analysis Systems and Radiotracers” at Bangkok during 9 — 17 March 2009.
2. Approved in principle on assigning the Ministry of Science and Technology together with agencies involved to consider the host of the conference without changing the content in the agreement.
Approval of the proposal of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications as follows:
1. Authorized full powers to head of Thai delegation to debate, vote and sign relevant documents of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union : APPU.
2. Assigned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue the credentials for Thai delegation to have full powers
