3. Information from meeting

3-1. Mr. Chida, president of Chida International Tax & Accounting came to report that he established a joint venture company together with V-Ventis Ltd., belonging to V-Serve Group major logistic company in Thailand in July 2011.

3-2. They can provide legal and tax consulting service for both Japanese and Thai companies, such as trade privilege, customs compliance, import and export custom clearance, FTA (Free Trade Agreements), investment promotion, and other matters associated with doing business between Japan, Thailand and ASEAN countries.

4. Result of meeting

Ms. Siripan, executive director of TTC advised them to register their company profile into TTC's data-base and said that TTC is willing to introduce their company if any inquiries regarding consulting service on legal and tax matters associated with doing business between Japan and Thailand.
