3-1. Uny Thai Food Fair 2012
- Showa Boeki reported that their visiting Thailand with Uny's buyers in Jan.2012 was quite good to ensure after-flooding situations of Thai fruits for their Thai Food Fair at Uny group supermarkets scheduled in Apr.2012.
- Dried fruits series, as new items for Uny Thai Food Fair, are under development by Showa Boeki and their partner.
- The date for Ceremony was confirmed on Apr.15 (Sun.) 2012 at APITA-Nagoya airport branch.
- TTC will attend the ceremony, and ask Consul-general Osaka to attend it as same as last year.
- TTC will ask Consulate-general Osaka or Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Osaka to borrow panels that visitors can enjoy taking pictures with it.

3-2. Thai Fruits Seminar in Nagoya on Apr.5, 2012
-Showa Boeki will organize Nagoya seminar and make preparation with Japan Food Journal Co.,Ltd.
- Showa Boeki negotiated with Wago Co.,Ltd., Thai Banana Importer in Tokyo, to corporate this seminar.
And Showa requested TTC to send official letter to ask for corporation to this company.
- Showa Boeki requested TTC to make photo slide with power point file good mach with his script for lecture on Thai fruits.
- TTC confirmed menus for Mango Sweets/foods for tasting as follows:
1.Mango Juice (Namdokmai)
2. Mango Sushi (Namdokmai)
3. Mango Sandwich (rat)
4. Mango Salad (rat)
5.Mango Warabi-mochi(Namdokumai)
6.Mango Muffine(Namdokmai)
- TTC confirmed design for Mango Sweets Recipe Leaflet (500 copies for Nagoya, Matsuyama and Thai Fes.Osaka)
- TTC confirmed design for Advertisement on free magazine "Quick-cooking"Feb.25,2012

3-3. Thai Fruits Seminar in Matsuyama on Apr.9, 2012
- TTC will directly organize Matsuyama seminar and make preparation for it.
- TTC confirmed menus for Mango Sweets for tasting as follows:
1. Mango juice
2. Mango sandwich
3.Mango waffle
4.Mango pudding
- Mango Sweets will be prepared by catering from Fruits Parlor in Matsuyama.
- TTC will have meeting on this seminar in Matsuyama on Feb.15, 2012.
- TTC requested Showa Boeki to make cost estimation of fresh fruits for tasting & display.
- Other details will be discussed later.
3-4. Thai Festival Osaka on May 19-20, 2012
- Showa Boeki reported that he had negotiated with Siam Export Mart (SEM), Thai fruits exporter, as follows.
- Showa Boeki and SEM will participate in Thai fruits promotion at TTC booth in Thai Festival Osaka 2012.
- SEM will supply Thai fruits (Namdokumai mangos, Mahachanok mangos, Mangosteens, Durians, and Pineapples) and come to Osaka to sell their products. (2 persons) -Showa Boeki requested TTC to assist them at the booth as same as last year. -Other details will be discussed later.
