Commercial Banks, Finance Companies, and Credit Foncier Companies in Thailand
During the Year 2005

2. Wednesday 23 February Makha Bucha Day
3. Wednesday 6 April Chakri Day
4. Wednesday 13 April Songkran Festival
5. Thursday 14 April Songkran Festival
6. Friday 15 April Songkran Festival
7. Monday 2 May National Labour Day
(Substitution Day for Sunday 1 May 2005)
8. Thursday 5 May Coronation Day
9. Monday 23 May Wisakha Bucha Day
(Substitution Day for Sunday 22 May 2005)
10. Friday 1 July Mid Year Closing Day
11. Friday 22 July Buddhist Lent Day
12. Friday 12 August H.M. the Queen's Birthday
13. Monday 24 October Chulalongkorn Day
(Substitution Day for Sunday 23 October 2005)
14. Monday 5 December H.M. the King's Birthday
15. Monday 12 December Constitution Day
(Substitution Day for Saturday 10 December 2005)
For commercial banks, finance companies, and credit foncier compnies in the provinces
of Narathiwat, Pattani, Yala and Satun, an extra holiday is given for the Eidilfitri Day
(Ramadan Day) announced by the Sheikhul Islam Office if the day does not coincide with the above
mentioned holidays or Saturday and Sunday.
