It is the most exciting time to study English this summer! Let's travel into the past and explore history while learning English. Children will have a remarkable improvement in English with the DBS Summer School 2020. Native English-speaking teachers from DBS Denla British School have together developed the summer school curriculum to match the curriculum from the independent school system in the UK, making this one-month long course perfect!
This year, our summer curriculum guarantees to deliver fun and creative classes to your children. Children will have the opportunity to delve into the past and learn about world history, because this year's theme at the DBS Summer School 2020 is "A Journey Through Time." Children will explore the world of the past, get to know millions of years old animals, and discover the origins of humankind, the most important force in shaping this world. Children will also learn about history, cultures, and traditions around the world. Their English skills will be very much leveled up, too! Of course, students will also make new friends, build confidence, and develop communication skills, teamwork, and creativity.
Besides interesting content about history to help students learn about the past, children will travel though other periods of time to learn more about various cultures, traditions, and ancient civilisations, from the pre-historic era to the era of the future! Each lesson will be filled with fun, excitement, and creativity. Moreover, students will have a chance to participate in many activities such as writing, Mathematics, Science, and computer studies.
