Recruitment of the New Executive Director of the ASEAN Foundation

ASEAN Foundation was established in 1997 by the ASEAN Foreign Ministers. As a non-profit and non-governmental organisation, the aim of the ASEAN Foundation is to raise public awareness about ASEAN and integration among ASEAN Community. ASEAN Foundation would like to invite all interested applicants to apply for the Executive Director of the ASEAN Foundation.

Qualifications

The Executive Director shall:

1) Be a national of an ASEAN Member State.

2) Have a degree in an appropriate discipline, preferably with post-graduate degree.

3) Have at least 15 years of professional experience, at least 10 of which have been at a senior

management level.

4) Have a good track record and proven skills in leadership, administration, executive management

and planning.

5) Have knowledge of the necessary and relevant background on ASEAN and preferably familiarity

with diplomatic practices.

6) Have a good record and substantial experience in fund-raising.

7) Be fluent in English.
