As Indonesia will host the Informal ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on 22 February 2011, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has circulated the Programme of the Meeting as follows;
13.00 — 14.00 hrs. Luncheon of ASEAN Foreign Ministers (TBC)
14.00 — 17.00 hrs. Informal ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting
17.00 — 17.15 hrs. Press Conference by Chair of ASEAN
Remarks:
1. All members of the media must apply for a Media visa for entering the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Submit name, designation, and affiliation as well as letter of assignment from respective news agencies and press card to Mr. Muhammad Hartantyo, Information office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia by fax: +62 21 3857316 or e-mail: fasmed.deplu@gmail.com for media accreditation for the event. The deadline is 20 February 2011.
3. Registered media may collect the Media Pass at 10.00 hrs. on 22 February 2011 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
