On the occasion of the official visit to Thailand of His Imperial Highness Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan as Guest of the Royal Thai Government from 25-27 June 2012, the Crown Prince of Japan will arrive in Thailand at Don Mueang Airport by special aircraft on 25 June 2012 at 14.00 hours and will subsequently depart Thailand on 27 June 2012 at 08.00 hours.
Interested media wishing to cover news of the said event at Don Mueang Airport are kindly requested to register in advance in order to be allowed admittance into the landing zone / VIP room of Don Mueang Airport by filling in the registration form attached and fax back to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at fax number 02 643 5107 no later than 15 June 2012. Due to limited space available, the Ministry reserves the right to limit registration to the first 10 forms sent back. To note, media representatives who will cover the above news are requested to arrive at Don Mueang Airport at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, given that there would be camera inspection and media organization taking place. Also, kindly dress formally, whereby the dresscode for men is suit; for women is suit, knee-covered skirt and covered shoes.
