At the invitation of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Thailand, His Excellency Mr. Choummaly Sayasone, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and Madame Keosaychay Sayasone will pay a State Visit to Thailand from the 12th to 14th May, 2009.
The visit will mark the first State Visit to Thailand of His Excellency Mr. Choummaly Sayasone and Madame after his assumption of the Presidency of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on 8th June, 2006, which will strengthen further the existing friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries and peoples.
