President of the Commission on Religion, Arts, and Culture of the House of Representatives, paid a courtesy call on Minister of Foreign Affairs

On 18 May 2009, Mr. Thanusak Lekuthai, President of the Commission on Religion, Arts, and Culture of the House of Representatives, together with Commission members, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Kasit Piromya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to request the Ministry’s support for the “The Land of Peaceful Civilization Project”, to promote harmony and strengthen the friendly relations among the peoples of Thailand, Lao PDR and Cambodia through music. The Foreign Minister said the Ministry would be pleased to support the project as it would promote closer interaction among the peoples of the three countries, in line with the Foreign Ministry’s efforts, to strengthen Thailand’s close and cordial relations with its neighbouring countries.
