As Thailand will host the First Meeting of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Council during 22-24 August 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok, interested media members may register to cover the event at the Media Secretariat located at the second Floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, during 23-24 August, between 0800-1800 hrs. Required documents for media registration are as follows:
1. Registration form with complete fill-in (registration form is downloadable here)
2. Valid affiliation ID card or Press Card issued by the Thai Government Public Relations Department (original and 1 copy)
1. A copy of passport indicating name and number of passport and/or the expiration date of the visa (for visiting media and foreign media based in Thailand)
