As Thailand will host the 1st Meeting of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Council during 22-24 August 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to forward the Media Opportunities Programme (in Thai and English) to media members interested to cover the event.
