On 10 December 2009, Mr. Norachit Sinhaseni, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the United Nations, delivered a statement on behalf of Thailand at the 64th Session of the United Nations General Assembly under the agenda item 69 “Promotion and protection of human rights; special meeting of the end of the International Year of Human Rights Learning”. The statement supported the life-long human rights learning process and emphasized the dedication and activities that encourage all mankind to have opportunities to learn about human rights and their roles in national, regional and international levels.
