Reference is made to the scheduled visit by Mr. Kasit Piromya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to Madrid, Spain to attend the 18th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting during 26-27 May 2010.
As a Special Session of the House of Representatives will be held during that time, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has assigned Mrs. Chitriya Pinthong, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, to head the Thai delegation to attend the said meeting on his behalf.
