Thai Foreign Ministry Spokesperson’s comments in response to media questions about the adoption of the Statement by the President of the United Nations Security Council on 9 July 2010 concerning the Cheonan incident

In response to media queries regarding the adoption of the Statement by the President of the United Nations Security Council on 9 July 2010 on the sinking of the Cheonan naval ship of the Republic of Korea, Ms. Vimon Kidchob, Director-General of the Department of Information and Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, took note of the adoption of the Statement by the United Nations Security Council. The said Statement contains key elements that are in line with her earlier remarks about Thailand’s position on this issue.
