Reference is made to the letters of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, dated 8 August 2010 to H.E. Dr. Ali Abdussalam Treki, President of the 64th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), and H.E. Mr. Vitaly Churkin, President of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), regarding Thailand-Cambodia relations.
In this connection, on 10 August 2010, H.E. Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva, Prime Minister of Thailand, sent letters of clarification to the Presidents of the UNGA and the UNSC on the said matter, the details of which are as attached.
