On 6 September 2010, H.E. Dato’ Husni Zai bin Yaacob, Ambassador of Malaysia, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Kasit Piromya, Foreign Minister, on the occasion of the completion of his mission in Thailand.
Foreign Minister Kasit expressed his appreciation to the Malaysian Ambassador for his determination and enthusiasm to strengthen close and cordial relations between the two countries. In addition, both sides exchanged views on promoting the full facilitation for the movement of people of the two countries, and agreed to push forward the cooperation in all dimensions in the 12th meeting of Thailand - Malaysia Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation to be held in Thailand at the end of this year.
On this occasion, Foreign Minister Kasit also hosted a dinner in honour of Dato’ Husni
