On Friday 26th from 7:00 pm., V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant is the stage of an "Intimate French Affair" between Two Stars Michelin Chef Patrick Jeffroy from Brittany, France and Mo?t & Chandon Champagne.
The evening priced at THB 8,000++ per person, includes a delectable menu creation of 4 courses by the Two Stars Michelin Guest Chef Patrick Jeffroy, playfully paired with tantalizing Moet & Chandon Champagne including Mo?t & Chandon Brut Imp?rial, Mo?t & Chandon Ros? Imp?rial, Mo?t & Chandon Grand Vintage 2000 and Dom P?rignon Vintage 2000.

When Patrick Jeffroy was 15, he started his career by training in various places from Brest to Paris, passing by Carantec. At the age of 22 he became Chef at the Hotel Intercontinental Abidjan and then continued his successful career with 5 awards in 3 years time and promotions all around the world. Fond of travels, he would have become an aviator if his job would spare him enough time.
Instead, he lets his imagination wander and creates surprising combinations such as an asparagus ice cream and a sea bass with orange sauce, heritage from a memorable trip to Africa. As a lover of fresh produce from the region of Bretagne, he decided in 2000 to settle at L’H?tel de Carantec and open the Patrick Jeffroy Restaurant. Since then, he obtained 2 Michelin Stars from Brittany, France.
