QSNCC Earns Three MICE Standards Reinforcing Its Position as a World-Class and Sustainable Venue

Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) has been awarded three prestigious MICE standards: the ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS), the Thailand MICE Venue Standards (TMVS), and the Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) for 2024. The recognitions were presented during the "MICE Standards Day 2025" hosted by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).

These achievements reaffirm QSNCC's capabilities as a world-class venue equipped to host events of all types and scalesfrom national forums to international conventionswhile placing sustainability at the heart of its operations across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

The ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS) is a regional certification aimed at elevating the quality and credibility of MICE venues across Southeast Asia to meet a unified ASEAN benchmark.

The Thailand MICE Venue Standards (TMVS) is a nationally recognized standard that has gained wide acceptance across the ASEAN MICE industry.

Both AMVS and TMVS are evaluated based on four key criteria:

Physical Characteristics - including infrastructure and meeting room facilities

Technology - such as audiovisual systems and communication tools

Service Quality, and

Sustainable Management - addressing environmental responsibility, safety, and social accountability

The Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) recognizes organizations that operate with a deep commitment to sustainability, integrating environmental and social responsibility with efforts to support national economic development.
