Bangkok--18 Oct--Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan
Chef Purida, Head Chef at Hotel Muse Bangkok presents an innovative take on Thai classics for a memorable Loy Krathong feast...
Loy Krathong, the most spectacular and beautiful of Thailand’s annual festivals, offers a great reason to share poignant moments with family and friends, this lunar occasion celebrated in many parts of South-east Asia. To mark the occasion, Chef Purida Theeraphong, winner of Iron Chef Thailand, displays a completely uncompromised Thai menu priced at 1,800 Baht ++ at Su Tha Ros, with limited places on 28th November 2012.
Begin with pan-friend Hokkaido scallops, betel leaf and roasted coconut, minced shrimp and Chinese sausage or prawns with ginger and egg, with a delicious wing bean salad and chilli jam to reset the palate — ahead of a fiery “Tom Yum Rakam Goong” with herbs and Zalacca. Mains include Massaman lamb, intensely pure “Pla Hima Pad Cha,” grilled rock lobster, shitake mushrooms and steamed jasmine. Coconut Creme Br?l?e will put out the fire and make way for unforgettable post-feast chatting, in one of the city’s most amazing panoramic restaurants.
Loy Krathong Festival Menu is available on 28th November 2012 at Su Tha Ros for dinner. Reservation is highly encouraged and Le Club Advantage Plus members receive 10% discount.
