This October and November, Coast Beach Club & Bistro at Centara Grand Hua Hin invites you to savour the distinctive taste of the season from the new promotion "Mushroom Mania" that features the best of autumnal offerings such as chanterelles, champignons, shitake and many types of mushrooms. The new menu comes with Chef's creative twists that lend an exciting and unique blend of flavours to the dishes.
Highlights from the promotion include Fresh Tagliatelle with Chanterelle in Cream Sauce, a homemade pasta with a mildly bright flavour of chanterelle added to the richness of white cream sauce, Snow fish with mushroom ragout, a classic dish that boasts a delicate texture of snow fish, complimented by a robust earthy flavour from a rich, hearty mushroom ragout.
