In fact, the eSports industry has been passionately driven by members the younger generation, including those who have taken up gaming as their profession. As a father and a company executive, I tend to be open to the changing trends and connect with the youths. I realize that eSports requires as much skills and dedication as its traditional counterparts, particularly in terms of strategy, problem-solving skill and training. When playing as a team, all the players have to plan together, trust one another and contribute to teamwork. Today, eSports-related jobs are promising, and the growth of the industry will help create an ecosystem of several other jobs relating to the game business. Through this collaboration with Garena Free Fire, Ichitan is striving to help boost the potential of Thai gamers in their eSports scene."
