Frasers Property Group recently hosted the fourth edition of its signature annual closed-door investor event, Frasers Day, at the Group's newly-opened integrated development, Samyan Mitrtown, in downtown Bangkok. Led by Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, the Group's eight Singapore and Thailand listed entities engaged with over 100 investors and bankers into share the strength and resilience of the Group's multi-national property platform.
The presentations covered the active steps the Group has taken to build scaled, sustainable platforms, such as the formation of Frasers Property Industrial, and the Group's recent establishment of an integrated, multi-asset class real estate platform through the combined strength of Frasers Property Thailand and Golden Land. Guests were also treated to an exclusive guided tour of Samyan Mitrtown, a sleepless mixed-use complex that meets the lifestyle needs to the digital generation. The tour brought guests through the development's Grade A intelligent office building; the six-storey retail zone; the high-rise residential and hotel towers, and the co-working space operated by JustCo, Asia's leading flexible workspace provider.
