Bangkok--1 Apr--Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Mr. Egathi Rattana-Aree, Executive Vice President, leads Human Resources Innovation in coping with volatile environment.Mr. Ken Ito is promoted to the role of Vice President, Sales Strategy Unit.Mr. Sarote Maartlert, Vice President, oversees Sales and Network Improvement Units. Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. today announced key personnel changes and its Human Resources unit and Domestic Sales unit reform, effective April 1, 2020. “We place great emphasis on human resources and people development with the commitment to bring our customers the best products and services. The reform has been made as we strengthen and sustain Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s operation amidst the volatile environment. The Human Resources Innovation will improve capability of our people as we are Mitsubishi Motors’ global production and export hub. This will also enable our acceleration of brand preference, customer satisfaction and domestic sales growth.” Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said. Assuming the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources and General Administration Unit, Mr. Egathi Rattana-Aree will strengthen and accelerate the implementation of Human Resources Innovation. Under company's strategic direction to advance Domestic Sales operations and competitiveness, Mr. Ken Ito was promoted to Vice President, Sales Strategy Unit. He leads overall Sales and Digital Strategy, Product Planning, and Marketing Communications. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Ito held the position of Corporate General Manager, Office of Sales Strategy, appointed in 2019. He joined Mitsubishi Motors Thailand in 2015 and served as Corporate General Manager of Office of Sales Strategy, and was appointed Senior Corporate Expert of Office of Sales Strategy in 2017. Mr. Sarote Maartlert was appointed Vice President, Sales Unit and Network Improvement Unit. In this role, Mr. Sarote drives Sales and Network Re-engineering reinforcement. He will continue to elevate the role of Education Academy for skill enhancement and people readiness.
