AXA Thailand General Insurance introduces AXA Smart Service which aims to provide superior service for its valued customers at no additional cost. Enhanced services are offered for the following: AXA Telehealth, AXA Preferred Home Fix, AXA Preferred Garage and AXA Roadside Service, under health insurance, home and condo insurance, and motor insurance product groups.

  • AXA Telehealth: AXA health customers with Outpatient Department (OPD) coverage can now avail of online medical consultations via the Doctor Anywhere application. Common illnesses, chronic conditions and minor injuries can be diagnosed, and medication can be delivered to the patient's house within three hours (Bangkok area) at no additional cost.

Home and Condo Insurance

  • AXA Preferred Home Fix: AXA Smart Home and Smart Condo insurance customers can claim home repairs at no extra cost. Customers can get repairs done by a professional contractor, without advance payment for building and built-in furniture. Claim damage will start from 20,000 Baht. Quick repair will be completed within 1 month for repair costs not exceeding 200,000 Baht. Moreover, AXA also provides an after-repair warranty so customers can live worry-free.

Motor Insurance

  • AXA Preferred Garage: AXA motor insurance customers can get immediate service from 18 participating car garages in Bangkok and key provinces without queuing. Other services include car delivery within a radius of 10 kilometers, one-year warranty of repair quality, guarantee of body repair work with high-quality body paint and a complementary car cleaning service.   • AXA Roadside Service: AXA offers 24-hour service to motor insurance customers for their vehicles in case of road emergencies. Customers can request for emergency vehicle assistance at the scene including free towing service to a repair center within the first 100 kilometers (for 1st class motor insurance) or within the first 50 kilometers (for 2, 2+, 3 and 3+class motor insurance).
