Krungsri will temporarily close all service channels for system upgrade to serve customers better

Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) announces that the Bank will temporarily close all service channels to upgrade system and enhance service efficiency from Friday, 17th September 2021, at 23:50 hrs. onwards, and will resume as normal on Saturday, 18th September 2021 at 21:00 hrs. Services at branches and exchange booths will resume at normal schedule on Sunday, 19th September 2021 (for branches opening every day), or on Monday, 20th September 2021 (for branches opening 5-6 days/week)

Unavailable services during this upgrade period:

  • All branches and exchange booths nationwide
  • All types of debit cards
  • ATM/ CDM/ PUM
  • Digital channels for both retail and corporate customers
  • (Krungsri Mobile App (KMA), Krungsri Online (KOL), Kept, all channels of online account opening service, Krungsri
    i-CONFIRM authentication service point, Krungsri Biz Online (KBOL), Krungsri Biz Mobile (KBMO), Krungsri CashLink, Krungsri TradeLink, Krungsri e-Payment, Krungsri e-Customs, Krungsri e-Cess, Krungsri e-Tax, Krungsri e-SSO, Krungsri e-Excise, Direct Approve, Krungsri Supply Chain, Krungsri e-Guarantee)
  • Bill payment service and cash deposit through our banking agents
  • Krungsri Phone (IVR)
  • Krungsri Western Union
  • Krungsri i-CONFIRM authentication service point

Available services during this upgrade period:
All types of Krungsri Group's credit cards / KRUNGSRI PRIME App / GO App / UCHOOSE App
(except UCARD, UCASH, Pay with KMA)

During this system upgrade, please plan your financial transactions and reserve your cash in advance to avoid any interruptions. For customers who set recurring and scheduled payments (scheduled transfer/ bill payment) or automatic direct debit payments on 18 September 2021, the Bank will complete the transactions within the day.
