Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) has appointed Mr. Teeraphong Mahatham, as Managing Director of Krungsri Nimble Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Krungsri, an IT solutions hub established to enhance Krungsri's financial technology and innovation development. Mr. Teeraphong succeeds Ms. Saisunee Hanprathueangsil who will assume the role of Krungsri Head of Digital Innovation and Data Group, effective from 1 September 2021 onward.
Mr. Teeraphong has been working in IT & digital field for more than 22 years in Thailand and USA with a wide range of experiences in many industries including tech companies, banking, and consulting firm. In his previous role, Mr. Teeraphong held the position of Chief Technology Officer in one of leading fintech companies where he strongly demonstrated his expertise in IT & Digital and leadership.
Krungsri has always placed emphasis on financial technology development. Krungsri Nimble will be one of driving forces to advance Krungsri Group's financial technologies and innovations, while comprehensively reinforcing IT capabilities and building the Bank's future platforms. The company sets high goal to become leading IT solutions hub in banking and fintech. Mr. Teeraphong holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, and a Master of Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
