Layan Green Park is the first new construction in Thailand that will receive EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification. The property is located at Bangtao Beach in Phuket. Layan Green Park will be a four-star property with a total of 403 rooms in five different categories. It's located only 700 meters from Bangtao Beach which is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Phuket International Airport is only 20 minutes away.
