Market for Alternative Investment (mai) will list Beryl8 Plus pcl, an integrated end-to-end digital transformation consultancy, on November 8, under the ticker symbol "BE8". The company has a market capitalization at its initial public offering (IPO) of THB 2.0 billion (approx. USD 60.28 million).
mai President Prapan Charoenprawatt said that BE8 would list and start trading on mai in the Technology industry group.
BE8 and its subsidiary offer digital transformation consulting with comprehensive solutions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), analytics, and digital technology. BE8 specializes in the CRM systems using Salesforce software and has also developed its own software to enhance customer experience, as well as providing IT support and systems management to clients. In addition, BE8 is a software reseller of and alliance with the world's leading software corporations, such as Salesforce, Google, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Snowflake, etc. BE8 serves large enterprises and SMEs clients for over 250 projects across numerous industries both domestically and internationally.
BE8 has a registered paid-up capital of THB 100 million, consisting of 150 million existing common shares and 50 million newly issued shares, with a par value of THB 0.50 each. It allocated 37.5 million newly issued shares to personas at the underwriter's discretion; 7.5 million shares to the company's patrons; and 5 million shares to the company's directors, executives, and employees during October 27 - 29 at THB 10.0 each, for a total of THB 500 million. The IPO price was equivalent to the price-to-earnings ratio (P/E ratio) of 32.26 times. The earnings per share is equal to THB 0.31 each, calculated from the company's net profit of THB 62.12 million over the past four quarters (Q3/2020 - Q2/2021) divided by fully diluted shares. Trinity Securities Co., Ltd. is its financial advisor and the lead underwriter.
BE8 Chief Executive Officer Apisek Tewinpagti said that the company focuses on offering best-of-breed solutions to respond to clients' digital transformation needs. With over 12 years of experience in this business, the company has served over 100 corporate clients completing more than 250 projects. BE8 has established positive customer relationship and has worked in partnership with global software leaders. Notably, BE8 has been named as Salesforce Summit Partner, the top level of partner for four consecutive years until now and has become the first dealer of Salesforce in Vietnam. The fund raised will be used to expand new branches overseas, invest and develop its own products, invest with business partners or others to enhance business potential, and as working capital.
BE8's three major shareholders after the IPO are Apisek Tewinpagti group (49.64 percent), Nithinart Sinthudeacha (5.31 percent) and Worawin Tewinpagti (5.20 percent). The company's dividend policy is to pay no less than 40 percent of net profit from the separate financial statement after corporate income tax and legal reserves.
