First of all, customers can enjoy international fusion meals at "Breeze Cafe & Bar". Recommended menu items are "Whole Roasted Chicken with Apple Sage Stuffing" served with glazed sweet potatoes, chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, baby carrots, cranberry sauce, and thyme sauce (499 baht), and "Smoked Turkey Pizza", a new creation for Christmas containing smoked turkey, champignon, oven garlic, vine tomato, rocket, watermelon seed, pistachio, star fruit, and spicy tomato sauce (399 baht).
Next, "Isan Jim Joom" serves flavorful Northeastern Thai dishes like "Grilled Wagyu Beef Jim Jaew", perfectly cooked beef served with Thai style spicy sauce (650 baht), and "Crispy Salmon with Spicy Mango Salad", crispy fried chopped salmon served with spicy and sour mango salad (380 baht).
For Japanese cuisine lovers, don't miss the two signature dishes at "Uwajima". Firstly, "Salmon Paradise" (699 baht) comprises fresh salmon sashimi, both meat and belly part, and crispy fried salmon skin. Secondly, "Legend of Miso Yaki Pork Rib" (599 baht) is a grilled pork rib marinated in miso sauce overnight served with salad and Japanese style mashed potato.
Lastly, "Jackie Seafood", a Hong Kong-style seafood restaurant, prepares dishes from live fish of your choice from the fish tank. A recommended menu item is "Tom Yum Mixed Seafood in Spicy Coconut Milk Hot Pot Soup" (790 baht), consisting of fresh shrimp, mussel, squid, and river prawn cooked in spicy coconut milk. Another must-try is "Poached Fresh Fish in Hot Pot Soup" (1,500 baht per set), Hong Kong style aromatic fish broth served with fresh fish fillets, egg, vegetables, and fermented soybean sauce. There are choices of fish available such as black grouper, sea bass, and jade perch (choose only one you prefer).
