Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant Phuket, in collaboration with Thai Red Cross Phuket and the National Blood Donation sector of Phuket, recently provided the restaurant as venue for blood donations to support the Thai Red Cross Phuket who is in urgent need of blood to tackle with the COVID-19 pandemic as well as in commemoration of the passing of King Rama IX the Great. Diners at Blue Elephant who donated blood on that particular day were offered a 10% discount on food. The activity was witnessed by Mr. Kim Steppe (3rd from left), CEO of Blue Elephant Group; Mrs. Nathaporn Choowong (4th from right), Vice President of the National Blood Donation sector; Rear Admiral Saroj Boonthub (4th from left), Deputy Naval Commander Division 3; who were joined by 45 officers from Battalion 11; Naval Military Police Division 4; HTMS Mamsing; and Royal Thai Navy Division 3 respectively. A total amount of 16,550 milliliters of blood was collected.
