Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) and Thailand Post (THP) have joined hands in offering a Pmd47 digital skill training course for THP personnel to help support the exponentially expanding customer base of THP in a tech-driven generation.
SCB First Executive Vice President and Head of the SCB Academy Worawat Suvagondha said, "The SCB Academy has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Thailand Post on a digital skill development program for Thailand Post staff. Following the MOU, the SCB Academy will bring experience in providing services and course development support as well as a Pmd47 skill development program to prepare THP staff's transition to working in the New Normal digital and customer-centric environment to effectively deliver value to customers. Further to the Pmd47 skill development program, THP is also interested in financial literacy courses for their staff at all levels to help them gain more knowledge and understanding of personal finance. The SCB Academy plans sustainable finance learning for THP staff through events and sessions featuring innovators and gurus sharing their ideas and experience. We hope this cooperation will equip THP staff with new skills and ideas to prepare them for the digital world of careers and finance."
