Medtronic Thailand Awarded Great Place to Work Certification(TM)  by World's Leading Organization

Medtronic (Thailand) Ltd., a global leader in life-transforming medical innovation and technology, has earned its inaugural Great Place to Work Certification(TM) in 2021 by the global authority, Great Place to Work(R). This achievement is a testament to the company's infrastructural policies and relentless support to further diversity in the workplace as well as its solid values in business ethics and social responsibility. This recognition also highlights Medtronic Thailand's collaborative culture whereby employees can contribute and lead in the development of the company's working style as well the company's commitment to providing a safe and secure environment - against backdrop of a pandemic - that addresses employees' basic needs, mental and physical health as well as self-development. In 2021, Medtronic (Thailand) joins other Medtronic offices as Great Place to Work-Certified(TM), bringing this global recognition to a total of eight Medtronic offices across Asia-Pacific.
