Thonglor Thai cuisine rolls out three tasting menus

Thonglor Thai cuisine's head chef exhilarates every taste bud with the debut of three tasting menus for a limited time on February 1 - 31 May 2022. The tasting menus allow the head chef and her culinary staff to showcase their innovative dishes, creations, and eye-catching presentations. It's a great opportunity for guests to experience a wide array of different dishes at 1,800 baht per person.

The first tasting menu features:

  • "Pink Pearl," a refreshing juice garnished with dragon fruit (welcome drink)
  • Squid salad with butterfly pea dressing
  • Boiled sea bass with turmeric
  • Southern curry with lump crabmeat, betal leaf, and butterfly pea flowers
  • Gourami fish rice salad and shrimp soup
  • Toddy palm in syrup with coconut milk pudding
  • Lime sherbet served with thong-plu, a rare Thai ancient snack similar to "E'clair"
  • Banana sticky rice

The second tasting menu highlights:

  • "Siam red ruby," Roselle and lemongrass juice (welcome drink)
  • Spicy vegetable salad served with seared scallops
  • Grilled squid stuffed with minced pork, vermicelli noodle, and lotus root soup
  • Lime sherbet with honey
  • Dried jungle curry with fish balls
  • Shrimp curried rice with braised pork leg
  • Taro and potato in coconut milk garnished with shredded coconut
  • Toddy palm in syrup with coconut milk pudding
  • Banana sticky rice

The third tasting menu includes:

  • "Sapphire," butterfly pea flower with apple juice (welcome drink)
  • Leave wrapped crispy pork appetizer with spicy seafood dressing
  • Spicy herbs marinated grilled snakehead with star gooseberry and star fruit
  • Grilled massaman curry chicken with sweet and tangy cucumber dressing
  • Thai steamed curried crab and fish in bamboo tube served with grilled salted snapper, a side of brown rice, and assorted fresh vegetables
  • Panna cotta with golden threads and pumpkin custard
  • Crispy coconut rolls stuffed mango ice cream
  • Banana sticky rice

All tasting menus are available for offsite catering as well and subjected to the conditions below:

  • A minimum of 10 orders of the same menu items
  • A maximum of 15 orders of the same menu items
  • Shipping costs not included
  • 3,000 baht+/adult plus 10% service charge and 7% tax
  • Orders be placed at least 3 days in advance
