From prestige organic bottles to biodynamic grower bubblies, Cote's Head Sommelier 'Jay' Thanakorn Bottorff will carefully select some of his top bottles from boutique vineyards. Expect a tantalizing night with exquisite Riviera-inspired creations from Chef Davide Garavaglia, paired with beautiful treasures including sparkling, still-, and dessert booze from around the Champagne region.
