On 19 March 2022, Chanchai Chaiprasit, CEO of PwC Thailand, was invited to share his insights on 'Key considerations for financial and non-financial reporting for upcoming IPOs'. The session was hosted by the Center for Building Competitive Enterprises (CBCE) under the 'CBCE Next 2022 Program', an acceleration program supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
While speaking, Chanchai offered his experience on key considerations when preparing a financial and non-financial report before commencing an IPO process on the bourse. The program focused on fostering and promoting SME and startup entrepreneurs to enter the stock exchange. This session was attended by 30 SME business owners from ten Thai companies.
