Fujitsu Thailand  Appoints  Ms.Kanokkamon Laohaburanakit as Its First Female Managing Director

Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or FTH announced the appointment of a new senior executive, Ms. Kanokkamon Laohaburanakit as its Managing Director, responsible for driving business strategies by focusing on international standards and customer relationship management. She will oversee the company's operation in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Effective from April 1, 2022 onwards, this appointment will help promote FTH's efficiency as a digital transformation service provider, and enhance its potential for business growth in the long run.

Ms. Kanokkamon has strong potential and determination, with deep knowledge on local business and culture. Working as a sales professional for over 20 years, she has contributed to our efforts in driving Thailand's manufacturing and automotive industries. And now she is set to play a more important role in FTH, helping us build a stronger sales group, boost our competitiveness and sustainably grow our business." said Mr.Toshiro Miura, Previous Managing Director.

Commenting about the appointment, Ms.Kanokkamon said, "It is an honor to be trusted by the parent company. My priorities will focus on three areas: 1. Supporting Fujitsu's core mission of being a DX partner to help customers achieve their digital transformation goals. 2. Leveraging Fujitsu's global capabilities to serve our customers. With such global capabilities, customers will be able to access future technologies that have never been in use in Thailand, enabling them to catch up with global competition more quickly. Meanwhile, local capabilities in Thailand will be helpful for existing technologies and customer familiarization, allowing transformation to go smoothly. 3. Enabling proper transformation so as to deliver sustainable results for our customers, industry, society and Thailand as a whole, as innovations will help solve social problems in various aspects.

Ms.Kanokkamon Laohaburanakit has experience working in sales strategy planning for more than 20 years in various industries such as manufacturing, logistics and retail. The latest position is Head of Sales Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. She graduated with MBA from Assumption University, Bachelor of Arts degree from Chulalongkorn University and was a student in a project at Hiroshima University, Japan.
