Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, alongside Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer of "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, and the Board of Directors, held the 2022 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting. and approved a dividend payment for the 2021 operating's results at a rate of 1.00 Baht per one ordinary share, or a total dividend payment of 2,578,334,070 Baht which shall proceed on May 6, 2022 accounted for 41.25 percent of net profit in 2021.
In this regard, KTC has conducted the meeting in accordance with the prevention and control measures of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and collectively reduced the use of paper and plastic in the meeting together with its shareholders to support environmental conservation and sustainable development. As part of the "Care the Bear" project, this led to the reduction of 114,150.69 kg CO2 in carbon footprint, equivalent to planting 12,684 large trees in part of KTC.
