EXIM Thailand Renders 155 Million Baht Financial Facility to Constant Energy Group  for Installation of Solar Rooftop System to Grow Clean Energy Businesses, Combat Global Warming and Lower Partners' Public Utility Costs

Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn (left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. Franck Bernard Constant (right), Chief Executive Officer of Constant Energy Group, jointly signed a 155 million baht credit facility agreement at EXIM Thailand's Head Office on April 18, 2022 to Solar Rooftop CE 7 Co., Ltd., a member of Constant Energy Group, for its investment in installation of solar rooftop system with a generating capacity of 11.08 MW for distribution to private enterprises.

EXIM Thailand President said that with EXIM Thailand's commitment to "reboot, restructure, rebalance and resynergize" national development, this financial support to Constant Energy Group is part of the Bank's mission to "restructure" Thai industries toward industries of the future. Under the role of Thailand Development Bank, EXIM Thailand has supported investment in clean energy businesses to drive development of bio-circular-green (BCG) economy with the strategy to expand BCG loans to meet the 100,000 million baht target by 2027. This is also part of the Bank's efforts to support reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in collaboration with global community to fight global warming and climate change, thus contributing to sustainable development of business entities and national as well as global communities.

Constant Energy Group is a provider of renewable clean energy and power storage as a service, ranging from system design, financing and construction to project management and from commercial installation to large industries in ASEAN. It aims to help trade counterparts cut down costs of public utility development and uplift their businesses to be on a par with those of international standards.
