CIMB Thai Bank held the 28th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 12, '22 by broadcasting the meeting via electronic media from the Auditorium, Head Office, Lang Suan Road started at 10.00 a.m. led by Dato' Robert Cheim Dau Meng, Chairman; Anon Sirisaengtaksin, Independent Director, Chairperson of Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee
Member of Board Risk and Compliance Committee; and Paul Wong Chee Kin, President and CEO of CIMB Thai Bank. Before starting the meeting on various agendas, the bank explained to shareholders the procedures for making inquiries, comment and vote.
In this meeting, shareholders voted to approve the dividend payment agenda at the rate of 0.01 baht per share, totaling 348,222,618 million baht in dividend payments.
