The Company is confident that the returns on investment of the Debentures together with the debenture's rating at A+ will be good alternative investment in that offering satisfactory returns with acceptable risks. Meanwhile, the Company also posted strong operating results with the profit realized from gas business acquisition in the US and additional power generation assets. In Q2/2022, the Company's net profit was at USD 372 million (equivalent to THB 12,789 million), accounting for 786% increase from the same period last year, and rose by 20% compared to Q1/2022. The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) totaled USD 948 million, an increase by 59% from Q1/2022. While the Company's 6-month operating results 2022 posted the net profit of USD 682 million (equivalent to THB 23,053 million), an increase of 634% from the same period last year.
