This accolade is awarded to leading organizations worldwide with outstanding performance in management and development of human resources in various fields. The criteria are based on votes from employees of relevant organizations with regard to good human resource management that promotes employee engagement, appropriate welfare, teamwork and relationships within the organization. This mark of recognition reflects KBTG's successful determination and dedication in taking care of its people under the 'One KBTG' organizational culture, which comprises four values, namely always staying 'One Step Ahead', setting small goals to achieve 'One Goal', collaborating with 'One Team' in mind, and striving to be 'Number One'.
