To begin with, "Steamed Hairy Crab and Ginger Black Vinegar Sauce Served with Hot Ginger Tea" (1,280 baht) contains a hairy crab weighing about 180-200 grams that has been steamed at a proper temperature to get the sweet flavor of crab meat, served with black vinegar and ginger dipping sauce and hot ginger tea. Next, "Steamed Rice with Hairy Crab and Taro in Hot Casserole" (1,380 baht) is steamed rice with taro mixed with hairy crab meat. Another must-try dish is "Hairy Crab with Fried Rice" (1,280 baht), fried rice with hairy crab oil and meat. Lastly, "Hairy Crab with Scrambled Milk Egg Whites" (1,380 baht), a recommended dish for the health-conscious, contains egg white mixed with milk and stir-fried with hairy crab meat.
