The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) as one of the official communication partners of APEC 2022 Thailand organizes an exhibition booth, demonstrating potentials of the Thai capital market and listed companies. The booth reinforces SET's position at the forefront of stock exchanges with a goal of sustainable and balanced growth under a concept of "Make the Capital Market 'Work' for Meaningful and Balanced Growth" to illustrate balanced growth in three aspects under Triple Bottom Line framework. The Triple Bottom Line's elements comprise "Prosperity" - prioritizing the Thai capital market development to be an appropriate funding source for all groups of entrepreneurs and investors, "People" - cultivating financial literacy to people, while strengthening potentials of entrepreneurs and social enterprises, and "Planet" - enhancing business operations in a sustainable manner and developing Climate Care Collaboration Platform.
At APEC 2022 Thailand, SET in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangchak Group, SCG and PTT Oil and Retail Business pcl (OR) drives low-carbon society through "Care the Bear: Change the Climate Change" by implementing 6 Cares Practices with "Green Media Center", touted as a model for environmental management, optimized resource and energy utilization as well as integrated and concrete waste management during November 14-19, 2022 at LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
